Perancangan Knowledge Management System di Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Kementerian Keuangan

Abstract


Pengetahuan dalam organisasi adalah penting dalam kelangsungan organisasi. Pengetahuan dimiliki oleh individu-individu dalam organisasi yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis. Hal tersebut menimbulkan ketergantungan organisasi dengan pemilik pengetahuan. Untuk mencegah ketergantungan tersebut dikembangkan Knowledge Management System (KMS). KMS berfungsi untuk membantu transfer knowledge antar individu sehingga ketergantungan organisasi terhadap individu tertentu dapat dihindari dan kelangsungan proses bisnis dapat terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun KMS untuk mengelola knowledge menggunakan metode yang dirancang oleh Tiwana. Adapun rancangan KMS setidaknya memenuhi fungsi diantaranya knowledge acquisition, creation, repository, sharing, use, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perancangan KMS ini secara keseluruhan sudah dapat memfasilitasi KM proses. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi KMS, user dapat menerapkan setiap proses didalam Knowledge management (KM) melalui sistem yang dibangun.
