Penerapan AHP dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Penentuan Kinerja Dosen Dalam Pemanfaatan Pembelajaran Daring di STMIK XYZ

Abstract


A university that has succeeded in realizing its vision and mission and the purpose of its curriculum is a college that has qualified and professional Human Resources (Lecturers). Therefore, management must be able to make correct and correct decisions in determining the performance of lecturers in carrying out learning, especially online learning. Decision making to determine the performance of lecturers in the application of online learning is a complex problem not a small problem, because in this case we need a structured and clear system in determining and assessing the performance of lecturers in the application of online learning based on criteria set by the university. The purpose of this study is to design a management of decision support systems in determining the performance of lecturers in the application of online learning, so that weighting is done to produce transparent values for learning on the performance of lecturers who have done in completing learning in order to achieve the learning objectives of the subjects taught. Because at STMIK XYZ, the system for determining the performance of lectures is still unstructured, causing non-transparency such as performance appraisal. And through this study, the authors search, group and weigh the main criteria and sub-criteria in determining sales performance. To weight the main criteria and sub-criteria used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The final result of this study is the weighting that has been done by each criterion using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and produce solutions that can be used to support decisions and management to determine the performance of professional lecturers.
