Implementasi Kepemimpinan Dalam Teknologi Informasi

Abstract


Penelitian ini merupakan wadah untuk menganalisa dan bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan dalam dunia Teknologi Informasi, selain itu dapat melihat strategi apa yang harus diterapkan sebagai seorang pemimpin dalam keseharian secara umum, di dunia teknologi informasi secara khusus. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian adalah mencari literatur, selain itu membaca buku yang berhubungan kepemimpinan dalam teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penulisan adalah dapat menjelaskan pentingnya strategi kepemimpinan khususnya disektor teknologi informasi.
